Cancellation, Refund & Returns Policy

At shiphighway products are manufactured using good quality materials. We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment. Our products are manufactured using high-quality materials. Defects and variance in the product must be brought to our attention within 7 days of delivery. Issues not presented within 7 days of delivery will not be considered and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products must be inspected promptly by the customer for damage and defects at the time of purchase or delivery. If the Customer finds a material Defect in material or workmanship in any product, part, or component, the customer must report such defect within 7 days of delivery at info@shiphighway.com
We will repair or replace the product free of charge. Replacement or repair of the product does not extend its warranty period beyond the original warranty expiration date. All Product warranties are limited to the original customer with proof of purchase. We want customers to study product dimensions before making the purchase to avoid situations where the product may not fit through the doorways. We will not be able to offer any returns/ exchanges in such cases.

CANCELLING OF ORDER

• If there is a change of mind after placing an order, you can cancel the order from your dashboard (or part of the order) within 24 hours of order placement, or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
• Most of our furniture is customised as per customer’s specifications. Custom-made orders begin taken to production immediately upon order and cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded at any time.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

• We will process any refunds and/or provide credits after deducting 2% of the order value or the payment gateway charges whichever is higher as Cancellation charges.
• The customer will get the refund within 15 working days after deducting the cancellation charges.

RETURN POLICY

• Most of our furniture is customised as per customer’s specifications. Custom-made orders begin taken to production immediately upon order and cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded at any time.
• You can return other Items within one week (07 days) of the item being delivered to you. Return window will close from your dashboard and requests are not accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery.
• We accept returns only in case of damages in transit or manufacturing defects.
• The product should be in the state you received it and in the original packaging.
• Products purchased under any promotional offer or discounted scheme cannot be exchanged.
• Please email us to info@shiphighway.com with your order number and details along with a photo of the damage if possible, within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• We are happy to replace any damaged/defective/wrong items.
• All costs of return shipping need to be borne by the customer (Unless the order received is damaged / defective/ incorrect)

EVALUATION AND PICK UP
• The return requests are evaluated by our technical team and our customer support will contact you based on the evaluation within 24 hours.
• Return pickup of the product will be scheduled based on your subsequent interactions with our customer support representative.
• The product scheduled for return pickup will be picked up by our logistic partner from the original shipping address of the order within one week of the initiation of the return request.

REFUND PROCESS
• We will process any refunds and/or provide credits after the returned goods have been received in new condition and in the original packaging. Your order total will be refunded, minus costs for shipping and handling each way, within 15 working days after we receive & check the returned goods.
• Your refund will be given to your original mode of payment.
• If you have availed EMI option, the refund is initiated through NEFT transaction to your bank account.
• If you have earned and used any cashback offers in your order, it will be deducted from the refund amount of the cancelled product.
